Advanced computer modelling and testing
We have developed our products with our harsh Australian environment in mind and for that reason have applied far greater test-loads than expected in real-world driving conditions. This identifies high stress points enabling us to optimise our design and remove risk areas
Our tray will not let you down in the field
Heavy Duty Hardware
We use the same heavy duty hardware across the full range of our trays. Our hardware include hinges with nylon bushes, forged gudgens and spring loaded over-centre latches are used to eliminate tray rattle.
LED Number Plate Lights
We use Quality Narva LED number plate Lights. The LED comes with a 5 year warranty
Load Restraints
Our Heavy Duty Steel Tray range is produced with 1800Kg safety rated lashing rings as standard
Narva Bulb Style Tail Lights
As standard to all our Heavy Duty Steel Trays we include a quality set of Narva conventional bulb style rear combination lights
Rear Coaming Stone Guard
Integrated into our design, our rear coaming allows for the mounting of the rear combination, number plate lights which also acts as a stone guard, to protect the lights from damage.

Safety Screen
Our Safety Screens have been tested to the Australian Standard for cargo barriers AS/NZS 4034.1. This screen also complies with strict mining guide lines for occupant safety.

Trundle Tray
Our Integrated trundle tray tucks in nicely with a flush fitting facia plate. This trundle tray can carry up to 100Kg.
