Nissan Navara Dual Cab Heavy Duty Powder Coated Steel Tray
To suit D40 2011 – Onwards
Our Sovereign Heavy Duty Tray-system” is an attractive solution for the most demanding applications. The product is designed by our experienced Gold Coast based design team and premium local raw-materials and manufacturing know-how are used to produce it. The tray is designed to withstand the daily punishment mining contractors give to their vehicles in the field.
Features of the new Heavy Duty Tray Solution:
· The tray system has been designed on an advanced CAD system using extensive engineering know-how, for high strength and lowest possible weight.
· The complete fully welded structural sub-frame has an identical, wide, flange height, supporting the bolt-in floor options.
· Our structural frame design is made from open custom made profiles, avoiding hollow sections or hidden corners, for superior corrosion protection. All steel based subassemblies are sand-blasted and zinc-primed before the heavy duty powder top coat is applied.
· Heavy duty hinges and rattle free catches are being used.
· Standard rear window protector or full width safety load screen to meet BMA safety requirements are available.
· Standard tray comes complete with heavy duty 76mm diameter structural headboard tube, or integrated external ROPS system, complete with light-bar mounting provision.
· Recessed lashing rings are incorporated into floor.
· Removable 76mm diameter rear rack is available.
· The modular design of all the subassemblies is making it possible for us to offer components of alternative materials for further weight reduction or special purpose applications. Dramatic payload gains can be achieved.
